How Schools Should Use Social Media

       I've been out of class for a week on account of family reasons. Had I been in class the entire week, I would have all my assignments completed. Too my surprise when I returned to school, I found that I missed two tests and six assignments from various teachers.If there was a way that I could have contacted my teachers I could have let them know I needed to know what assignments I could have completed while I was away.
      Social Media can be used between teachers and students to communicate with each other. A student and teacher can be in two different locations and a teacher can send a student their assignments on a PDF file. The student would then print their assignments fr the purpose of it being their own responsibility instead of waiting until being in front of a teacher to receive work.
     If a student has a few questions about an assignment they were given after they've already returned home from school what are they to do? You cant trust any student because the student doesn't hold the lesson plans. The teacher would send messages to the student explain or answering questions from the student and making sure they understand.
     If a teacher isn't sure that everyone in their class understood the important instructions and important events the teacher could send out a reminder. Teachers can always keep their students informed about upcoming test or notebook checks.
   In conclusion social media should be used in schools to help communicate between teachers and students to avoid confusion and mistakes.
